[Scan-DC] Pike Electric of Mt. Airy NC Utility Crew

A Pike Electric utility crew is now working on power lines in central
Alexandria. I aksed a worker (description: yellow hard hat, orange safety
vest, shades) if they were using the same radios here that they used in
North Carolina. He said they did. Mt. Airy is in Surry County. Gullfoss
shows that Pike Electric has the call sign KCZ795 for service type IG.

The crew, having restored power to my neighbors' houses, just left, and I
haven't had time to verify whether they are using these frequencies,
assigned to them in NC:
