[Scan-DC] more about the pics

FreeState XX transmitting pictures to Capflight XXX? on 148.1375 =
(Channel 3?)

Capflight responded telling freestate to email them from =
"...Haggerstown(sp?) to verify link...".

Two 5 pics send so far #4 was 39,40.21 N  78,04.59 W  at 1400 feet =
description "Flood Area". I looked it up on a map and it's a place =
called Sleepy Creek in West Virginia.
pic #5 was at 39,40.15N  78,04.56W=20

If anyone knows what tranmission mode they are using please let me know.
