Yes, they are testing the new trunked system.  Should be 3600 baud,
based on the sound of that control channel.

Anyone have any ideas as to what kind of data or control channel is at
DC MPD 6th District 460.150 mhz. Is this is a test channel for the an
upcoming new DC MPD radio system?
