[Scan-DC] Civil Air Patrol Tests Video System, 17 Sep 03

All,

In the early 2100 hour noted Free State 030 and Free State 121on 148.15 
engaged in testing of an undisclosed video system. 

Free State 121 transmitted his video on 148.135 after Free State 030 set up 
his computer software. In a return test Free State 030 sent a video on 148.15.

Both tests were apparently successful and Free State 121 indicated that he 
would put the system away in preparation for it's deployment in a couple of 
days.
