[Scan-DC] MSP's New Frequencies

I have a cousin who is an MSP trooper and he says the latest 
plan is to abandon any pursuit of a statewide 700 or 800 MHZ 
trunked system...instead, MSP plans on continuing/expanding 
the low band system and this will be supplemented by some 
form of tower-based repeaters. He's looking into the 
details, frequencies, etc for me and I'll pass it on when I 
get it. I did an FCC database search and do note that MSP is 
licensed for a few new low band frequencies, as well as some 
new (apparently narrow band) VHF-Hi frequencies. 

Anyone have info regarding upcoming MSP frequency 
allocations?
