[Scan-DC] Bank robbery / barricade in Howard County

A bank was robbed in the Charlie sector (downtown and eastern Columbia) =
of Howard County earlier, and the suspect is barricaded in a house in =
Jessup near the intersection of Pine Road & Guilford Road. Tactical =
team, mobile command post and negiotators have all been dispatched, as =
well as the FBI to the scene. PD units are staging at the Salvation =
Army, near Route 1 & Route 32.=20
