[Scan-DC] Cracking GSM phones

Knowing the interest of the scanner community and the use of cell 
phones (and those frequencies were not suppose to listen to), I 
though this story might be interesting.  It seems some researchers 
have cracked a flaw in GSM encryption.

Anyway, it'll be awhile before we'll find these sort of devices at 
Radio Shack, but I thought it was cool.
