[Scan-DC] Montgo storms

Interesting night in Montgo last night.  ECC, (oops, PSCC), logged 600 =
incidents between 1700 and 2000 hours.  Between 1700 and 1800 there must =
have been half a dozen boxes, back-to-back.  At one time there were =
simultaneous operations on, I believe,  7C, 7G, 7K, 8C and 8K.  First =
time I've heard them use any of the Zone 8 talk groups.
