[Scan-DC] Response to Question on MPD

Good afternoon.  I received this answer to my question on MPD.  The =
sender asked me to send it to the group:

"Yes, D.C. is testing the new digital system.  From now through =
September, MPD is testing / configuring channels.  In Sept/Oct, MPD will =
start reprogramming analog radios and distributing new digitals and =
transitioning over.  Some current radios are digital compatible while =
some older radios (Motorola Sabers) will be replaced with new digital =
models.

Please post this to the list - I can't seem to do so from my HTML mail =
system.  Also, no need to quote me by name.
