Good morning.  The past couple days I've noticed that 460.4 an old TAC =
channel is now being used for Dispatching.  460.15, the 6D channel, was =
being used as a control channel.   Today 460.15 is silent and I think 6D =
is being dispatched on Citywide today.

Is DC starting to test for the new UHF trunked system?=20
 =20
Also, while in DC, I hear traffic on the Prince William PD frequency =
453.375. Who has that frequency locally?
