[Scan-DC] mtgy fire internet feed?

It appears that Channel 2, rebroadcasting the dispatches from 7A, is not
working on the web site.  However, Channel 1 IS working.  As you is know,
normally Channel 1 is simulcasting 7B.  However, I've found that ECC is
patching 7G, 7K or 7O into Channel 1 when they have major incidents on those
channels that involve other counties, or any of the helicopters (i.e.
incidents with units that don't have 800 mHz radios).
