[Scan-DC] Potomac TRACON Troubles

All,

Looks like the new Potomac TRACOn is having power problems.  About 30 minutes 
ago the DCA Approach/Departure controller advised an aircraft that the TRACON 
had lost all power and that there was no estimate as to when they'd be back 
in business.  

Aircraft all cirlcing all over the DC/Virginia/Maryland area and some of them 
are not particularly happy.
