[Scan-DC] DC CAP

See my earlier post about the NOVA CAP, but here is the readers digest.
The two jets seemed to be trying to get radar contact with some other type
of aircraft. One of the jets was heard saying he was going to fall out of
the clouds trying to keep visual. Heard Brave 12 saying that he was
climbing to 10 (thousand?) and trying to circle around to get radar contact.
From what I heard, radar contact was intermittent and it was a "slow mover".
Around 7:20pm local - 7:30 local Brave 1X reported 2 [radar] contacts. Both
jets were in constant contact with Huntress on 139.1500 (AM), I did not hear
them on any other freqs. Both planes came in loud and clear but Huntress
was very weak and I never did make out anything they were saying. After
7:30 it appeared they were finished and heading toward or attempting to
contact "Capital"? One of the jets indicated he had "5 mikes to burn off
fuel".
