[Scan-DC] USN Frigate & USCG EAGLE

Couple of ships on the Bay today:

USN "unidentified" Frigate.  Passing US Navy Resarch Lab--Chesapeake 
Beach at 10:40 AM   Oliver Hazard Perry Class by the looks of it. 
Too hazy to read the numbers

USCG Bargue EAGLE.  Passing Chesapeake Beach 10:40 AM (about two 
miles behind unknown frigate).  Not under sail as winds are calm.

Got some traffic from US Coast Guard Barque Eagle on 156.425. 
Communication between "Sloop Eagle and Coast Guard Barque Eagle." 
Said they have a new class of swabs from 2007 on board, and the 
captain has just taken command in Annapolis / Baltimore.  Comms ended 
at 10:38

"Said they were slipping back to 1316"
