[Scan-DC] Fairfax 1 & Syscom

All,

In the mid 1900 hour EDT heard Fairfax 1 (police helo) checking in with 
SysCon (44.74) advising SysCon that they had completed their mission and were 
headed back to Fairfax.

This is the first time I've ever heard the Fairfax helos working with SysCon.
