  Someone has put up a site where they evidently copied the official (well,
it looks official) Frederick county bandplan and talkgroups from a manual.
I don't live there, but if you're interested, here's the link:

  Interestingly, they mention the COG and ITac/Icall freqs; I thought the
COG freqs were used only in the DC area?
