[Scan-DC] Legg Mason Tennis Classic Frequencies

I went to the Tennis Classic yesterday, and searched for frequencies for
a few hours.  Found quite a few--see this webpage for details:

(Look under the "Special Event" section.)  The radios they were using
(assume they were rentals) had a blue sticker listing all the channels,
but I couldn't get a good look at one.  Also, the Park Police were
providing security and helping with parking, and were using Channel 4
(166.8500 [127.3]).  Some, though not all, the officers had what looked
like XTS-3000 or XTS-5000 portables, so I guess they are planning a
switch to a Project 25-compliant system in the future, like many federal
agencies in the Washington area.

If anyone's going to this event, let me know if you find anything
additional or get a look at one of those stickers on the radios.
