[Scan-DC] Montgomery County VHF

Doug -

You're probably hearing multiple, minor incidents on Bravo.  ALL incidents,
except major ones, are handled on that channel.

Alpha, Bravo, etc. is the international phonetic alphabet.  It's now the
official alphabet used by Montgo fire-rescue.
