[Scan-DC] Wallops Island Test

"King Air 20C" is actually King Air 720C (tail number N720C). Its a NASA 
contractor plane owned by Oscar Charlie LLC, Hollywood, Md. The aircraft is 
a Beech A100. They support sounding rocket launches from Wallops Island 
most of the time.
