[Scan-DC] Wallops Island Test

All,

Loosk like there might some sort of  test at Wallops Island this morning.

I've heard activity on both 121.95 (Wallops Control) and 311.2 (aircraft).  
Aircraft identified so far are 

King Air 20C
N4784M
??42Y
???5SB

Not sure what kind of test is involved but the aircraft are apparently 
interacting with Wallops Control in a pre-arranged order (given above).  King Air 
20C asked Wallops Island to make sure that their X-Band beacon was turned on
