[Scan-DC] Need help identifying possible trunked system

Guys,
Just an additional note on this. The only time I pick anything at all up =
on
these freqs is early in the AM. So per Jeff's email it could be =
attributed
to ducting. Another thought on it that might be worth considering is =
that
John says some of the other freqs I have picked up are from the same =
area.
These were early morning receptions for me as well. If I can pick up =
some of
the freqs from down there it may be that I am getting these as well.
And as the other follow up email I sent out on this says, all the freqs =
I
picked up the apparent control channel on appear to be transmitted from =
the
Norfolk area via this EVRC system. At least per TrunkedRadio.net.=20
Also, per John's information of it being digital, that seems to be the =
case
from my perspective as I only caught a control channel. I have yet to =
hear
verbal comms.
So=20
Have a good one,
Jeff

I don't think that is a correct analysis. The EVRC system is located =
at
Bellwood, DGSC, Chesterfield, Va. and users are Bellwood Security, Ft. =
Lee
MPs,
and the Hopewell PD. Norfolk NOB is 70 air miles SSE and I doubt it is =
a
user.
All comms are 100% digital unless something has changed. I still hear
Norfolk
NOB/NAS Base Police on 143.600 mhz. analog. EVRC trunked frequencies as
provided
me are 406.775, 407.050,
408.975, 410350 and 410.825 mhz.
