[Scan-DC] Need help identifying possible trunked system

   I don't think that is a correct analysis.  The EVRC system is located at
Bellwood, DGSC, Chesterfield, Va. and users are Bellwood Security, Ft. Lee MPs,
and the Hopewell PD.  Norfolk NOB is 70 air miles SSE and I doubt it is a user.
All comms are 100% digital unless something has changed.  I still hear Norfolk
NOB/NAS Base Police on 143.600 mhz. analog.  EVRC trunked frequencies as provided
me are 406.775, 407.050,
408.975, 410350 and 410.825 mhz.
