	I'm having a hard time believing that anyone has "officially"
undertaken to have the CAP transmissions removed from the Internet.
I just do not believe it, and want to see proof of the claim.
Also, the indication that it is Montgomery County, Baltimore City
and Maryland State Police that have allegedly perpetrated this
demand is all too convenient...the same entities primarily engaged
in the pursuit that launched all of this confounding series of
events.  Nah.  I don't believe it.

	I hope that we are not, yet again, being subjected to some
childish behavior.
