[Scan-DC] scanner software

        I've been issued a BC250D already loaded with Loudoun County sheriff 
and fire/rescue frequencies.  But I want to add Fairfax fire/rescue and maybe 
some other agencies/jurisdictions later on.
            I'm a novice at this, so I have a couple of questions:  Is there 
reliable, simple software out there to load new stuff into the 250D?  Or is it 
just easier to do this manually?   And what's the best site for obtaining the 
Fairfax data?  Thanks very much for your patience.
