HOME BASED:

Boxer 923 (C-38/C-40A, 201st ALS DC ANG)- depart
Boxer 723 (C-38/C-40A, 201st ALS DC ANG)- depart (Both took off around the 
same time and caused some confusion among the Potomac TRACON controllers)
SAM 6118 (99th AS)- depart. May be C-20C #85-0049  who I caught sounding 
using identifier AF5 in HF ALE on 04721.0 at 1257 UTC. Returned to Andrews about 
1.5 hours after departure.
Venus 93 (VC-32A # 99-0003, 1st AS)- w/Dover Dispatch (372.2) 
Marine 802 (C-12, MASD)- depart
Air Force 1 (VC-25, PAS)- depart
Brave 21 (2 X F-16s, 121st FS DC ANG)- depart (348.725) then on Victor 
(139.15) for CAP duty. They departed Andrews about 15 minutes after AF1 took off but 
not sure if they were on CAP duty in response to the departure of AF1.
Angel 11 flight (3 X F-18s, VMFA-321)- depart then to Pax River area. Also 
w/VMFA-321 Ops/Angel Base (302.6). Also on tac # 1 (243.6) & tac #2 (280.45)
Navy AX-390 (C-130T, VR-53)- depart then w/ZDC (133.9)
Wild flight (3 X DC ANG F-16s)-departed. On Victor (143.15) they discussed 
emergency situation. Wild 3 had to RTB, using afterburners on and speed brakes 
deployed to burn up fuel before landing. Wild 3 also w/121st SOF (139.9) during 
RTB. 
Venus 49 (C-20C #85-0049, 99th AS)- w/Venus Control (142.75) reporting 
departure at 1455Z and ETA  at destination of 1945Z. 
Bully flight (3 X F-16s 121st FS DC ANG)- on Victor (127.275) returning from 
ACM training with Wild flight. 
Pacer 89 (C-21, 457th AS)- approaches.
Mussels 1, 7 & 08 (UH-1, 1st Helo Sqdn)- local activity.

Nighthawk 12 (VH-3, HMX-1 MCAF Quantico)- departed for Quantico after Air 
Force 1 departed.

PR)- w/Dispatch (372.2) w/arrival information.

2. PATUXENT RIVER NAS:
[NTPS-Test Pilot School; NSATS (VX-23)-Strike Aircraft Test Squadron; NFATS 
(VX-20)-Force Aircraft Test Squadron-;NRWATS (HX-21)-Rotary Wing Aircraft Test 
Squadron- 119.275; 120.05; 123.7; 127.95; 256.5; 270.8; 281.8; 354.8]

Aircraft 023 (unidentified) w/Bay Watch (119.275). Later id'ed as chase plane 
for Water Bug 535 (E-2C # 162535 NP-2000 propellar test-bed, VX-20) who 
requests that the chase give them a visual once over. Although the visual check was 
negative, Water Bug 535  requested a precautionary straight in approach for 
landing. Chase 023 stayed with WB 525 until he landed safely.
Salty Dog 101 (F-18 # 163476, VX-23)-depart (250.3) then w/ZDC (281.4).
In the mid-1000 hour EDT, Angel 11 flight (3 X F-18s, VMFA-321) worked 
w/approach (281.8) requesting a fuel divert to Pax due to ramp freeze at Andrews and 
they were at critical fuel.
Water Bug 912 (P-3C # 158912, VX-20)-w/ZDC (133.9)
Tester 01 (F-18, NTPS)- w/approach (318.8)

3. MISCELLANEOUS:

Yankee 1 flight (id as 2 X A-10s,118th FS CT ANG Bradley ANGB)- check in 
w/Warren grove MOA (286.2) for six passes--low-angle, long-range strafing gunnery.
Opec 54 (KC-10, 2nd/32nd ARS McGuire)-w/ZDC (128.525) 
Reach 6014 (id as heavy)- w/ZDC (128.525).
Witch 52 (C-130J # 97-1352, 135th AS MD ANG, Martin State)- w/Dover approach 
(132.425).
