1. U.S. COAST GUARD:

In the early 0800 hour CG 272005 (27-ft utility boat) in radio checks w/CG 
Station Curtis Bay (156.8 & 157.175). Also USCGC James Rankin (WLM-555, 
Baltimore) in radio checks (157.15) w/CG 272005. Later, the James Rankin establish 
patrol in the Baltimore Habor-Upper Chesapeake Bay areas.

In the mid 0800 hour CG Activities Baltimore (157.100) issued a Marine 
Information Bulletin for the period Jun 24-26 for nighttime live firing exercises 
from 7-11 PM in the area of 3802N/7609W, the Hannibal Target--near Point Lookout 
on the Ptomac River. 

In the mid 0800 hour, a small boat from the USCGC Gallatin (WHEC 721, 
Charleston SC) & CG 212061 (21-ft utility boat) conducted radio checks w/CG Curtis 
Bay (157.175)

In the early 0900 hour CG Station Annapolis (157.05) establish radio guard 
for an unidentified CG vessel transiting the Annapolis area northward towards 
Baltimore.

In the mid 0900 hour CG Auxiliary vessel 24792 conducted a patrol in the 
Baltimore Harbor-Sparrows Point Shipyard area.

In the late 1000 hour CG Station Annapolis (157.05) was advised by CG 
Auxiliary aircraft N1552U, w/2 POB that they had just departed Easton Airport and 
were enroute to Harford County Airport to pick up an observer. Later N1025U 
switches radio guard to CG Activities Baltimore (157.15). Activites Baltimore 
advises N1025U that if they lose radio comms w/Activities they are to land 
immediately. 


2. U.S. CUSTOMS:

In the mid 0800 hour 1India 974 asked 1 India 983 (165.2375 PL 100) for the 
number of the container to be checked in Shed # 11.

In the mid 1100 hour 1 India 983 contacted 1 India 974 (165.2375 PL 100) to 
confirm concellation of a message sent from India 974. India 983 was in the 
clear but India 974 (probably on a repeater) was encrypted. India 983 advised 
India 974 that he was in front of the Sea Girt Marine Terminal. 

3. OTHER:

In the early 0800 hour Carbine (Secret Service Communications Security Team, 
Andrews) in radio checks (165.375) in the clear w/Horsepower (White House 
Protective Division-not heard)
