  Yep, so it would seem, per the lead news item on trunkedradio net.  Check
it out.

  Also, according to the TRS database, DC has filed FCC documents to change
their 460 mhz PD freqs from conventional to trunked.  I think this has been
in the planning stages for some time; it seems now they're ready to go
ahead with it.
