20 Ritchie was a box, transmitted about 30 minutes before 17 Ritchie. Units
reported a small electrical fire, sparked when a tree limb hit wires
resulting in a power surge. While the units were still operating there
"command" heard a small explosion across the street and asked for the box
for 17 Ritchie. That also appeared to be an electrical fire.
