All,

In the mid-1700 hour (EDT) aircraft experimental N95GG (G-III Bullitt) was
working w/Pax tower (123.7) & Pax approach (121.00) concerning a possible F-16
identification pass. N95GG was enroute over the Chesapeake Bay and had passed
within 4-5 miles (according to him) of the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Plant. He
said that an F-16 circled around him and he wasn't sure if he had done
something wrong or if the F-16 was just interested in his aircraft, which he described
as an experimental 30-style racer.

During this time frame Brave 11 flight (2 F-16s 121st FS DC ANG Andrews) were
cirling in the general area awaiting approach and landing at Andrews.
