[Scan-DC] Video Conferences in Air Force One

Saw this piece on Military.com today.

Bush was showing off his new video conference system installed on Air 
Force One.  Was quite proud that "We can watch any baseball game in 
America" as long as Air Force One is flying over the United States.

Unfortunately, not too many details on what system he's using.  Will 
do a google search and see if anyone else wrote a more technical 
article.
