[Scan-DC] 283.875 In Mid Atlantic Area

Folks,
I have been picking up quite a bit of comms on 283.875 from Southern MD. =
I
have not heard enough to put a good ID on the freq yet. Today I caught =
what
I suspect were 2 JOSAC Aircraft using it for chit/chat. At the beginning =
of
one of the transmissions I caught =93898=94, not sure if that was =
reference to
AC tail or not. One of the Pilots was playing a little trick on the =
other at
the beginning in leading him to believe that he was=A0 =93PACER OPS=94 =
out of
Andrews AFB.=20
=A0
A little net search reveals a Common A-A freq for JOSAC AC is 283.75. I
tried several scanners and copied nothing on this freq. but copied =
283.875
on all.=20
=A0
Anyway, I thought I would throw this out to the group and see if anybody
else had any info as to who this might be. I am trying to identify this =
freq
properly.
