[Scan-DC] Code Orange

I heard on the radio this morning they were planning a special exercise 
tonight, and again on June 4 and one other day.  It was being announced 
publicly so people wouldn't be worried if they saw low flying jets 
etc.  Perhaps they are waiting for the exercise to begin--or maybe its just 
bad weather.
