CF stands for CLEAN FUEL

it's a special tag for the hybrid cars and they are authorized to use the
HOV lanes...

Hybrid being the gas electic combo... a friend has one and is getting about
55 mpg...

Got a question... lately, for the pase few weeks, i've noticed several
vehicles in the HOV lane westbound 66 in evening rush hour with the
driver only. Their tags all end with "CF", specifically 1941CF, etc.
Does anyone recognize them as Federal...FBI, etc?
They all are small Dodge Polaris and similar compacts, new, no lights,
no antenna.
