[Scan-DC] activity in Alexandria

Channel 7 WJLA announced fifteen minutes ago that an 18 yo being held for
a rape in Arlington has escaped from the Alexandria Juvenile Detention
Facility (yes, 18 yo is technically an adult) and that a Park Police
helicopter is in the air searching for him. This is near the CompUSA and
Landmark Shopping Center in the western part of Alexandria right next to
I-395.

About three minutes ago, two cruisers running code 3 went past the house
headed in that direction. Each had two mountain bikes mounted on the rear
bumper. Radio chatter indicates that K-9 and Fairfax County are involved
as well.
