3:10 PM EDT /   Thursday April 24, 2003 /  1.9 miles South of 
Chesapeake Beach, just North of the US Naval Research Radar Facility.

...Heading North in the Chesapeake Bay.  Out in the channel so it was 
hard to get the number, but I'm pretty certain this is the vessel. 
Heading up toward Baltimore of the Naval Academy.  No other vessels, 
save the occasional yacht or sailboat waving hello....

Back to mowing the lawn....
