Does anyone have a master setup for the BC 250 for the Northern Virginia
area?

4A =3D 17616. You finding it on 17623 is problematic for two reasons.
There is=20
not a talkgroup 17623 on the system but I have an acquaintance who was=20
having the same problem with his BC250D until he cleared all the memory
and=20
re-programmed. Once he did that he started showing the correct talkgroup

numbers for conversation. As a suggestion you might want to try the same

thing.

4B =3D 17648.
4C =3D 17680
4D =3D 17712
4E =3D 17744

Again the reasons you may not be hearing any traffic has to do with
clearing=20
the radio and re-programming it in my humble opinion.

Reference talkgroup 21808 it is a backup talkgroup for Falls Church Pd.=20
Their primary operations take place on the Arlington County system.=20
Talkgroup 34192 is their primary channel 1 and 34224 is their channel 2
on=20
the Arlington County analog trunked radio system.

16848 =3D Mt. Vernon District Dispatch
16944 =3D Franconia District Dispatch
17040 =3D West Springfield District Dispatch

Reference local government can't help with those.
