Hi Alan,
Clarification for you and anybody else, just in case - this was a Montgomery
County Fire incident, and the freq below is Fire Channel 3. It's their
seoond fireground channel, and is not necessarily (or strictly) a hazmat
(only) frequency.
Another answer to your question on local scanner freqs - the web page that
(I think!) Mike put up awhile ago is a good'un... but if you have any
specific questions, you can also put 'em up here... I've been on this list
for maybe 4 months and I can tellya, it's great! I have seen (and probably
posted!) a bunch of obscure questions here, and if these guys don't know the
answer, it ain't worth knowing!
