  451.55 [103.5] - sounds like a security patrol of some kind; mentioned
several Baltimore addresses, but as usual, no CW in several hours.  FCC DB
doesn't have anything that sounds like it's a private security co. of some
kind; anyone?

  I've also been looking at some of Baltimore city's old freqs.  For
example, there's someone on the old Citywide channel of 453.2 [114.8], what
sounds like a DPW operation on 453.5 [141.3] and a recycling operation on
453.6.  I *think* the  convention center is on 453.7.  Can anyone correct
these suggestions?
