[Scan-DC] CAP patrols

  I managed to hear JAWS aircraft on 120.375 this afternoon, and they were
talking about the weather and their plans to get off their routes if they
had to because of approaching t-storms.  
  They must have been very close to me in AA county, because I had no
trouble hearing them on my VX5R and a MFJ gain duckie.  I also got a little
on 143.8 just a while ago.

  All in the clear, by the way- not encrypted, as some other areas seem to
be doing (per the Milcom list).   73s  Mike
