Howdy all..

Does anyone have any information regarding this system other than what is on "Trunkradio.net"?  Now that the digital scanners are out there I thought someone would have figured out some ID's for police / DPW on the system. 

I live in Wisconsin, but frequently visit the area and was wondering if anyone listens to this system?  If not, could someone give a listen, although I have heard the system is low powered..thus range is a problem?
