[Scan-DC] Sandy Spring rescue call - Muttgummery

This was about an hour ago - ~1:30 pm Tue

Actual radio traffic on a Sandy Spring rescue call - M49 and Squad 4 
dispatched for an attempted suicide by hanging at Sir Galahad Way and New 
Hampshire Avenue.

Muttgummery:  "Medic 49, are you OK on the printout remarks?"
Squad 4:  "We aren't" (or something to that effect).
Muttgummery:  "It's near a tree."

(Squad 4 went on the scene a few mins later with a "definite" {ie DOA}.)
