[Scan-DC] 296.9 "Pacos" ????

I have recorded audio today of Pacos or Pecos (not sure of spelling) using
296.9 as A-A in fighter training exercise. Could anyone provide a little
feedback of who Pacos or Pecos is, as well as a confirmation that this freq
is used by them. If possible I would like to get a Squadron # and Wing #.
