These should work:
160.920 Union Station area
160.800 Old Virginia Ave. tower south of Union Station to the bridge
across the Potomac River
161.550 RF&P road channel (Potomac River bridge to south of the Richmond
Amtrak Station)
160.410 RF&P dispatcher
160.590 Seaboard road channel (south of Richmond Amtrak Station to
Rivanna Junction in Richmond where two CSX lines join)
161.520 Seaboard dispatcher
160.230 Peninsula subdivision road channel from Rivanna Junction to
Newport News
160.320 Peninsula sub dispatcher
Crew will probably use AAR channel numbers to signify a switch:
"Go to 46" for the switch to 160.800
"Go to 32" for the switch to 160.590
"Go to 08" for the switch to 160.230
Most comms will be on the road channels. If the engineer wants to talk to
the dispatcher, he or she will communicate on the dispatcher channel. It's
best to scan both the road and the dispatcher channels.
Also, Jeff Hawkins' railfan site at
http://members.trainorders.com/varailfan/csx/index.html lists the signals
the engineers will call on both the RF&P and Peninsula subdivisions.
These frequencies are confirmed from a recent trip from Newport News to
Washington.
