[Scan-DC] catching up on the mail

  I was reading where the frequencies on the milaircomms site for DC CAP
aren't very active anymore.  
  There have been a couple of reports of other frequencies; these reports
should be echoed to George, who runs this site, at:

  He lives in Florida, so he wouldn't necessarily see any new freqs unless
they showed up on the big lists such as Scan-L.  And remember, those freqs
that are inactive now could show up with stuff at any time- so don't assume
that they're totally dead.  You never know what might show up there...
