[Scan-DC] RIC and 192nd FG

Richmond's air traffic controllers kept slurring their words this afternoon
and mumbling "Potomac". As the 192nd Fighter Group's Fury, Slam and T-Bolt
flew sorties out and back to RIC. Two of the UHF freqs remained silent,
319.8 and 371.1 with what seems to be a change in freqs. The last freq
before contacting the tower on several sorties was 288.275 perhaps replacing
371.1 as Richmond's final approach. In the absense of 319.8 the activity on
282.375 may be that replacement. Most approach and departures were "eeer
Potomac" If these changes hold true this is how RIC operated this afternoon:
