[Scan-DC] Need Callsign Info: KFE 564

   As you stated it is not in the FCC database archives.  It possibly could be a
federal user controlled by IRAC.  President Reagan directed that the IRAC files
be classified as "Confidential" and federal user frequency record information is
no longer available to the public.
