[Scan-DC] Need Callsign Info: KFE 564

Hi folks,

Can anyone identify the licensee of this call sign KFE564?  I've searched
all thru the FCC databases and they cannot id this call.  I believe it might
be an old callsign used by Montgomery County Gov't, but can't confirm.

For what its worth, TT TG 13776 on the Montgomery ASTRO system has new voice
traffic on it and a base station is id'ing itself as KFE564.
