I didn't hear it but the F-15 went right over my house (as they always seem
to). Thanks to the tips from Justin I am beginning to learn to identify
the fighters. The other thing I figured out that helps me is that the F-15
have wings about 2/3rd as wide as the nose to tail distance, whereas the
F-14 wings are almost the same proportion as the nose-to-tail. If you know
your planes, this is probably obvious, but might be helpful for a beginner
like me.
The news 5 helicopter has been over I270 for most of yesterday and today.
