[Scan-DC] Montgomery fire-rescue plows

Montgomery County has stationed snow plows at several stations
and equipped them with fire radios. They are either leading
fire apparatus to calls or in a number of cases last night
were responding to incidents to dig out or pull out stuck
apparatus.

Listen for "Plow 16", "Plow 21" and so forth.
