I've heard here and there on different news channels that whenever Bush
starts the war, that it will be under the correct moon phase. I am assuming
this means a "new moon" (this is when the moon is invisible to us). My
question is:
Does having the correct moon phase really help with the eliment of surpise,
or is this some kind of tradition that we have?
I am guessing it's the latter because with today's technology (radar,
infrared, etc.), I dont think having a dark moon would really be any better
than a full moon.
